Victor Valley College, in partnership with Victorville Motors, is giving students the chance to win a RAM 1500 pickup through the Thrive to Drive Program. Simply stay enrolled, complete 6+ units in both Fall 2025 and Spring 2026, maintain a 2.0 GPA, follow the Student Conduct Code, and attend the RAM Rush event on April 25, 2026, to qualify. Earn additional entries by participating in campus events, tutoring sessions, and more. Even if you don’t qualify for the truck, you still have an opportunity to receive potential cash prizes up to $1,000 or other great rewards. How to Qualify
All currently enrolled VVC students are eligible to participate. To qualify for the RAM Truck giveaway, you must:
- Download the VVC Mobile App.
- Stay enrolled and successfully complete at least 6+ units during both the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters.
- Maintain Good Academic Standing with a 2.0 GPA or higher.
- Follow the Student Conduct Code, with no major disciplinary issues.
- Attend the RAM Rush Event:

Increase Your Odds of Winning
You can boost your chances by earning points throughout the school year. Each point gives you an additional entry into the RAM Truck giveaway.
Ways to Earn Points:
- Complete a full semester with 6+ units (6 points per semester).
- Participate in campus events such as athletic games, student performances, and other activities.
- Attend tutoring sessions and Engagement Center programs.
- Look for flash events throughout the year where extra points may be awarded.
Every point you earn increases your total entries into the program. (One entry per event, unless otherwise noted by Thrive To Drive.)
Not Taking 6+ Units? You Can Still Win!
If you're enrolled in fewer than 6 units, don’t worry—you can still earn cash and other prizes by participating and accumulating points!
Top Point Earners Win Big
- 1st Place: $1,000
