You may qualify for NextUp if:
- You were in foster care, in any state, for at least one day on or after your 13th birthday
- You are 26 or younger when you first enroll in the program (if you're already in NextUp, you can keep participating past 26)
- You're enrolled in, or working toward, at least 9 units
