Information & Resources

ATTENTION STUDENTS: 

We want to inform you that the California College Promise Grant (CCPG) for the 2025-2026 academic year has not yet been posted to student accounts.

Please be assured that you will NOT be dropped from your classes due to nonpayment while the grant is pending. No action is required from you at this time if you are eligible and have already applied for the grant.

We appreciate your patience. 

 

 

In October 2019 Assembly Bill 1504 was signed into law, requiring California Community Colleges to collect a student representation fee of $2 per semester.  All students who initially register for classes on or after January 1, 2020 will have the $2 Student Representation Fee (STRP) assessed.  Students may opt out of the fee, please click the Pay Fees link below.  Go to the Required Fees menu and see #5 for additional information on the fee and how to opt out. 

 

Out-of-State Tuition Fee Increase: 2025FA $330 per unit

What does the Cashier's Office do?

  • Post Scholarships to Students' Accounts

  • Collect Student Fees and process Student Refunds

  • Process Payment Plan payment

  • Issue Parking Permits for program students (CARE, CalWorks, Dept of Rehab, etc...)
