BUILDING A COMMUNITY OF CARE

At Victor Valley College, our success as a community hinges on mutual respect. How we interact with each other daily reflects the level of respect we hold for one another. We prioritize the holistic success of our students – academically, emotionally, and physically. When faculty and staff demonstrate care and concern for their students, students are more likely to be engaged, feel a sense of belonging on campus, and develop a lasting emotional connection to the college.
