Faculty Student Learning Outcomes (SLO) Workshop Series

Fall 2026   Hosted by Jose Luna (Joey)

Dept. Chair of Psychology | Assessment Coordinator

jose.luna@vvc.edu

I will also be offering several workshops and Assessment Help Labs throughout the semester:

  • October 2 — Assessment Help Lab
  • October 23 — Canvas Outcomes & Assessment Tools
  • November 6 — Assessment Help Lab
  • November 20 — Assessment Basics for New Faculty
  • December 4 — Assessment Help Lab

All sessions will begin at 11:00 a.m. via Zoom. The Help Labs are intended to be working sessions—you can bring whatever you are working on, ask questions, and get hands-on assistance. Our November 20 session is specifically designed to provide newer faculty with a practical introduction to SLOs, reporting, and the assessment cycle.
