Events

The Transfer Center offers different events that allow students to better connect with different four year universities and explore different transfer options. Our main events include campus tours and appointments with university representatives, where you can gain specific information and plan your next steps!

The Transfer Center also offers other events throughout the year such as conferences, university fairs, transfer celebrations, and application support days, These events are designed to help give students any extra support they may need in preparing for transfer. These events may vary by semester, so always be sure to regularly check this page!

Upcoming Events:

University Transfer Fair

The University Transfer Fair gives VVC students the opportunity to connect with representatives from 30+ universities, including CSU, UC, private, and out-of-state schools. Students can explore transfer options, learn about majors, admission requirements, financial aid, and campus resources, and get their questions answered directly by university representatives.

Students can also connect with VVC programs and student organizations, participate in the event’s check-in activity, and receive a free In-N-Out meal after meeting with six university representatives and collecting six stamps.

The event will take place on Monday, October 12, 2026, from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM in the Student Activities Center, Building 44.

University Representative Appointments

University Representative Appointments allow you to meet one on one with different University Representatives to ask about specific info, from admission requirements to application timelines. These appointments allow you to obtain personalized guidance in your transfer journey!

Meet One-on-One with a CBU Representative

Interested in transferring to California Baptist University (CBU)? Meet with a CBU representative to ask questions about admissions, programs, and the transfer process. Appointments are available September 22 from 10 AM–1 PM in the Transfer Center, Bldg. 23, Room 5.

Meet One-on-One with a CSUSB Representative

Interested in transferring to Cal State San Bernardino (CSUSB)? Connect one-on-one with a CSUSB representative through a virtual or in-person pre-admission appointment. Students can receive personalized guidance, ask questions about admission requirements, programs, the application process, and learn more about their next steps toward transferring to CSUSB.
