Step 1: Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at Studentaid.gov, listing VVC’s school code 001335
If a DREAMer student, complete the California DreamAct Application

- When filling out the FAFSA, utilize the IRS Data Retrieval Tool (DRT) to transfer you and/or your parent(s) Tax information
- Students may be required to submit additional documentation once the school receives the record from the Department of Education
Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive your application of choice for process
Please note: Victor Valley College requires one of the above listed applications to process financial aid/assistance. We do not accept the California Promise Grant Application alone.
Step 2: Log on to WebAdvisor and look under the “Financial Aid Self Service Portal” link to see if the Financial Aid Office requires any additional forms.
Step 3: If additional forms are required, select the Financial Aid Forms link, complete the required forms, and use the secure Document Upload Link in WebAdvisor.
Step 4: Continue to monitor your "FA Self Service Portal" screen on WebAdvisor. Processing may take 45 business days or more depending on the volume of applications received.
Step 5: If you were awarded a Federal or State Grant, you will be notified by through BankMobile Disbursements a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc. on how to receive your disbursement within 7-10 days.
