Victor Valley College is excited to utilize Qless®. Qless®allows students to sign up virtually and hold a place in line to see a staff member at our One Stop Center in Building 23, Upper Campus. By signing up early, you won't have to wait in a physical line to get your questions answered.
How to Use QLess®
There are several ways to join the Qless® system.
Download the app from your mobile device's app store
Use the kiosks (located in Building 23 - OneStop in front of Admissions and in front of Counseling )
Text “Victor Valley College” to 760-856-4049 and follow the instructions provided.
Students will receive notifications and text alerts, which will keep you informed about your approximate wait time* for you to reach the front of the line.
When prompted, you will be able to come straight to the window assigned.
*Please keep in mind that wait times may be shorter or longer than projected the wait time due to number of students in line and length of time needed to assist those students.
If a student does not arrive within the set arrival time, students will show as "Expired" for our staff. "Expired" students have the option within QLess's text features to request to be added back into the queue. While this means that the student will typically be added to the front of queue, it is possible that QLess may summon the next student in line prior to recognizing the "Expired" student has rejoined the queue.
Qless Text Commands:
L - Leave the line, use this command when you need to exit a particular line.
S - Status update, use this command when you want an update of your wait time and place in line.
M - More time, use this command to request additional time if you know you won't arrive in time.
H - Help, use this command to get additional assistance with QLess.
Avoid the Lines!
Students can now sign into the Qless® system, alleviating the need to stand in long physical lines.

- Get notified when it’s your turn
Please make sure to arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to closing, regardless of estimated Qless wait time. Please understand that during peak times you may need to sign up during a different day if the queue if full.
